Top 10 Good Cheap Web Hosting Services, Head-to-Head Comparison
Hello friend, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!
Let’s start with a comparison table of top ten budget hosting providers. This top-ten list is NO-NONSENSE. All these web hosts are reputable, cheap in price but not in quality, and, according to my research, worth every penny in my personal web publisher’s opinion. The monthly price starts from only $4.95/month to less than $8/month and all of them include abundant features more than we’ll ever need. The ranking is primarily compared by price then by HDD space. Please click at hosting providers’ names to read more. (Don’t worry, they aren’t affiliate links, just lead to the provider’s page.

WebHostingPad has no reliable reviews on the internet that I can find.
Other than those moderated by WebHostingPad themselves.
I was unable to reach Tech Support and got tossed to voice mail at 11am PST (same time as their company) on Fri Feb 11 2008 .
Furthermore: Their live sales chat is nothing more than an automated virtual simulation!
BUYER BEWARE!

February 15th, 2008 at 2:55 PMHey Ron,
Thanks for letting us know. I admit that reviews on Webhostingpad are sparse that even my site could be on the first page with this keyword.
BTW, anyone knows how I can move these comments to Webhostingpad pages?
February 15th, 2008 at 3:56 PMYou can view a pretty nice WebHostingPad review on my site.
February 21st, 2008 at 5:02 AMBtw the site is Nr1top.com - Top 10 Web Hosting Companys Reviews
February 21st, 2008 at 5:05 AMmy point in posting the review was two fold…
1) They advertise 24/7 support yet at 11am (there time) on a business day I was unable to reach sales or support. All I got was an answering machine..
2) although the website to their service loads extremely fast compared to others, when I read this in their Term of Use it made me wonder if this was why they were so fast and it was also what prompted my call to inquire further before buying….
Now after reading below, you must agree that that is some pretty scary language.! It is very vague and insinuates that unless I am running a fairly static website I will be forced to upgrade to a larger plan, OR face my site being turned off without prion notice!!
This is totally unacceptable language as far as I am concerned and so I decided to keep looking.
Now in fairness I am not implying this WILL happen, I and only saying this COULD happen, so Buyer Beware.

Server Resources
February 21st, 2008 at 11:41 AMAny Web site that uses a high amount of server resources (such as, but not limited to, CPU time, memory usage, and network resources) will be given the option to reduce the resources used to an acceptable level, or upgrade its service to a Dedicated Server plan. WebHostingPad will be the sole arbiter of what is considered to be a high server usage level. Any Web Hosting account deemed to be adversely affecting server performance or network integrity will be shut down without prior notice.
PS: NIce review, but I look for actual consumer feedback when looking to buy an item or service. Of course I am also pretty warey of reviews where everything smells like roses too, because in the real world you cant please everyone and if all the reviews are good then buyers should bhave a healthy suspision that MAYBE the reviews are being censored?
February 21st, 2008 at 11:51 AMRon,
Thanks for your opinions.
Well, I don’t know about the ‘censorship’. AFAIK, you can post your feedbacks on Webhostingpad and we can read them.
Are you still happy with IX? Why don’t you write your review/experience about them in the ‘Your Favorite Host’ section?
I’d love to hear lots of opinions. The more, the better.
February 21st, 2008 at 3:02 PMI would be glad to, but they wont be… Its a mixed horror story. My older accounts (on there older servers are ok, but the new accounts I reffered there have been plagued with problems since day one (september 07).
